Thanks for Your Support!

Dear friends,

Friday marked the last day of our Let's Face It - Herts campaign. We sold dozens of doughnuts and gathered more people to donate their smiles for our Let's Face It friends. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Miss Christine Piff, founder of Let's Face It, Mr Peter Fraser and Miss Mariana Dorking, lecturers of our Small Business and Entrepreneurship module, Krispy Kreme Enfield for providing those delicious doughnuts, and the UH community for their kindness and generiousity. Our campaign would not have succeeded without your continuous support.

Remember, the battle to end the stigma and discrimination related to facial disfigurement does not end here. Do continue to support our cause and Let's Face It together!

Sincerely,
Team Visage Co.

Day 1

Today was the first day of our Let's Face It - Herts event and it was a success! We have managed to spread information on Let's Face It, sold dozens of doughnuts to raise funds and most importantly gathered some friends around UH to donate their lovely smiles! Our event will continue tomorrow (20th Feb), from 10.00 to 15.00, outside de Havilland Learning Resource Centre.

Show them you care, bring some friends, and donate your loveliest, sincerest smiles! :-) We will be collecting photographs of the wonderful smiles and send them to Let's Face It. You'll get to keep a copy too! Also, an additional reason to smile: we will also be selling Krispy Kreme doughnuts again!

See you tomorrow, same time, same place!

Pre-Event Success!

Dear friends,

Thank you for your support at our Let's Face It - Herts pre-event around de Havilland campus today. We sold Krispy Kreme doughnuts and handed out flyers for our event, which will be held tomorrow (Thursday 19 Feb) and Friday (20th Feb), from 10.00 to 15.00, outside de Havilland Learning Resource Centre. A big thank you to Krispy Kreme Enfield for providing the yummy doughnuts.

For our event tomorrow and Friday, we aim to gather as many people as possible to take pictures of themselves and make a giant Smiley for Let's Face It (LFI). As Miss Christine Piff, founder of Let's Face It puts it, all a facially-disfigured person wants to see is a smile. More Krispy Kreme doughnuts will be sold at our booth too. All proceeds from our event will go to LFI.

Thank you for your support today and we hope to see you tomorrow and on Friday.
